The Mindset CEO is a private self-reflection tool designed for business owners aged 18 and over. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.

You can complete the assessment without identifying yourself. If you choose to provide your name, work email, or phone number, we use that information only for the purpose you provided it.

Assessment responses. When you take the assessment, we collect your answers, any optional notes you add, the question journey, and the final result including your profile, scores, triggers, and safety flags. We also store a session identifier and a record of your consent to processing.

CEO Adventurer enquiries. If you ask to be contacted about the CEO Adventurer programme, we collect your name, work email address, and phone number, along with the result token and source of the enquiry.

Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, referral URL, and cookies or similar technologies. We do not intentionally collect special-category health data beyond what you freely choose to disclose in the assessment.

• Generate and display your personalised assessment result.
• Store your progress so you can continue or review your result in the same session.
• Respond to your CEO Adventurer enquiry if you choose to submit one.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve the experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We rely on different legal bases depending on the activity:

• Consent. For processing your assessment answers and any optional notes, we ask for your explicit consent on the consent screen before you begin.

We use carefully selected third-party services to host and operate the site:

• Lovable Cloud. Provides the hosting and database infrastructure for this application. This description is for information only and is not a certification, audit, or legal guarantee by Lovable.
• Meta. Provides analytics and advertising services through Meta Pixel.
• Customer relationship management (CRM). If you submit a CEO Adventurer enquiry, your details may be transferred to the CRM used by Cortex Marketing Company Limited to manage follow-up communications.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties as described in this policy or as required by law.

Assessment data is stored in Lovable Cloud and kept only for as long as necessary to provide the assessment and related services, or until you ask us to delete it.

Lead contact details submitted through the CEO Adventurer form are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until our legitimate need to manage the enquiry ends.

To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@themindset.com. Because the assessment is anonymous, we may need you to provide the result token or session details to locate your record.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include:

• The right to restrict or object to certain processing.

We use HTTPS to encrypt data transmitted between your browser and the site. Data is stored in Lovable Cloud's managed database, which applies standard platform security controls.

Security and privacy are shared responsibilities. Lovable Cloud manages the platform infrastructure; Cortex Marketing Company Limited manages the assessment content, the data it collects, and how it communicates with users.

No online service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Lovable Cloud and our other service providers may process data in regions where they operate. By using the site, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in those regions, subject to the safeguards described in this policy and the providers' own terms.
